TEKS PROSEDUR 2

Teks prosedur merupakan salah satu jenis teks yang mempunyai fungsi sosial untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah dari pembuatan sesuatu atau cara-cara membuat sesuatu baik itu yang berhubungan dengan resep makanan atau yang berupa non resep (manual).  Hal ini sudah dipelajari pada materi sebelumnya (Teks Prosedur  1 )

Kali ini mari kita pelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang teks prosedur,  yaitu menggali  informasi dari teks prosedur yang diberikan.

 Setelah mempelajari Teks Prosedur ini perserta didik diharapkan dapat menentukan atau menemukan :

• gambaran umum isi teks ( yaitu memberi kesimpulan isi teks yang dibaca )
• makna kata sesuai konteks (yaitu  memberi arti kata dengan kata lain atau sinonim )
• informasi tersurat ( yaitu informasi yang berasal dari teks secara jelas )
• informasi tersirat ( yaitu informasi yang kurang jelas / tersembunyi )
• kata yang dirujuk ( yaitu kata yang dijelaskan oleh kata ganti )

HOW TO COOK RICE USING RICE COOKER

1. Measure rice with the measuring cup. Then, rinse the rice thoroughly using the other container
2. Put the rinsed rice in the pan and add water to the recommemnded scale or to your personal taste.
3. Soak the rice in water at least for 30 minutes.
4. Place the pan into the body. Make sure the pan settles properly
5. Close the lid firmly.
6. Plug in and press the switch. The light indicating “COOK” will be on. The cooking will start immediately.
7. When the ricie is cooked, the switch will move up to the keep warm, and the light indicating “WARM” be on.  After the switch moves up, leave the lid closed for at least 15 minutes to steam the rice fully. Scoop and mix the rice well.

How to Make Meatballs

 

Ingredients:

 

1 kilo of very fine minced meat.

2 eggs.

300 grams of tapioca-flour.

4-8 cloves of garlic.

1 red onion.

1 teaspoon of white pepper.

2 teaspoons of salt.

 

The steps:

 

First of all, mix garlic, red onion, salt, and white pepper in a mortar or mixer.

Second, mix the spice-mixture with the eggs, the tapioca-flour and the minced meat.

After that, use your fingers, add a cup of water, and keep on working until the mixture feels soft and smooth.

Then, boil some water in a rather large pot, at least about 2 liters.

Next step, start rolling the mixture into small meatballs.

Finally, lower the meatballs into the boiling water. When they float up to the surface, the meatballs are ready to serve.
